Product description
Fully elastic waterproofing and concrete protection mortar that can be applied internally (negatively) or externally (positively) against leakage and surface water, consisting of an emulsion polymer-based liquid component, and a cement-based powder component containing chemical additives that increase water impermeability and workability.

Application Instructions
The surface must be free of residues that will prevent adhesion. Care should be taken to ensure that the surface is cured and sound. If there are defects on the application surface, they should be corrected with TEKNOREP 300. If there is an active water leakage, it should be stopped using TEKNOPLUG.

The application surface should be protected from sun, rain and dust for 1 day and should not be applied under direct sunlight. Before starting the application, the surface should be moistened to the extent of water. During the application, care should be taken to keep the surface moist, not wet.

10 lt liquid component should be taken into a clean mixing bucket and 25 kg of powder mortar should be poured on it slowly and mixed thoroughly so that there are no lumps. The amount of water can be adjusted with the metered canister of the liquid component. It is recommended to mix for at least 5 minutes with a low speed mixer less than 500 rpm. For the mortar to mature, it should be rested for 2-3 minutes and mixed again for 2-3 minutes before starting the application.

The prepared mortar should be applied to the floor in 2 or 3 layers with a roller or brush. The application direction on each layer should be perpendicular to the previous one. Depending on the temperature, wait at least 3 hours between coats. For waiting times longer than 12 hours, light moistening should be done on the surface. An application thickness of approximately 3 mm in total will be sufficient. Corners and joints in the application area should be chamfered with Teknomer Chamfer Tape. The prepared mortar should be consumed within 2 hours. This period may be shortened in applications made under unsuitable ambient conditions such as high temperature, low humidity, and wind. Expired mortar should be discarded. After application, hands and application tools should be washed with plenty of water. After the application, the surface should be protected from direct sunlight, frost and wind for at least 1 day.
• If the surface on which TEKNOMER 200 EX is applied will be exposed to sunlight or traffic; screed should be covered with a protective coating material such as ceramic.
• The application areas should be waited for at least 7 days before being used or covered. If the application area is a water tank, the product is expected to cure for at least 28 days and after curing, the tank is washed with hot water.
• Thick application should be avoided in one go.
